The Highlands of Rothgaard




1 - Rothgaard:

     The independant territories known as the Highlands are ruled by barbaric warriors and are best known for the major city of Rothgaard. This fabled city is said to have been blessed by Skylla, Stylgaard and Deira personally. The people of this region are very distinctive in their garb: the men of the city are always clad in the kilt of their tribe colors, while the plains and woods tribesmen wear some variation of loincloth or short skirt. The modesty and proprieties of the other Empires of Brynsaar are unfelt here, and the people of this land are more comfortable in their nakid flesh and more at one with the lands. These people are well known for their boistrous songs, music and storytelling, for their long memories and lavish shows of appreciation and graditude, as well as their devotion to any vow or oath they make. Rothgaard truly is a place of honor and freedom.
